The Philanthropy Operations course provides an overview of the many roles and responsibilities typically fulfilled by philanthropy operations managers and the competencies and skills needed to supervise and lead a team of professionals focused on the operations of your organization. This course is ideal for those who provide operations support to their organization and aspire to be in a leadership role or are currently in a leadership role and want to learn how to maximize their scope.
