Participants will enjoy hearing from the executive dean of the School of Medicine at Georgetown University and the president of MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, as well as other key physicians, board members and philanthropy leaders. These leaders will discuss the collaborative relationship between their institutions and their vision for success as they endeavor to raise $200 million to build a new Medical/Surgical Pavilion on campus. Discussion topics will also include MedStar Health's unique Gratitude Model and clinician engagement strategy. The session will conclude with a special appearance by an influential donor whose extreme gratitude led him and his family to make a multimillion dollar commitment to name a floor in the new pavilion.
