Description
60% of practicing physicians report symptoms of burnout. 30-60% of nurses experience high levels of burnout. Staggering statistics like these led to the development of GRACE, which stands for GRAtitude, Compassion, and Empathy. This program was developed by David Victorson, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist and Associate Professor of Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University. Dr. Victorson will share the purpose of the GRACE program, how it was implemented, its importance in the healthcare industry, and the positive results coming from those who have embraced this program: increased patient satisfaction scores, increased employee satisfaction, and increased grateful patient referrals to the foundation. Participants on this webinar will learn about the steps involved in rolling out the program, the tools provided to participants, and the means of measuring the results so as to track changes in behavior.
