Millennials are one of the largest demographics in today’s society • they are born between 1980 and 1995, and are the focus of much speculation and confusion. Their emergence is providing an opportunity for organizations to develop new ways to interact with their employees and engage with donors. This webinar will focus on principles and examples for leaders to follow in their own organizations as they work with, and prepare for an influx of, millennials.
