What happens when fundraisers stop
teaching about grateful patient work and care providers start? This session
will focus on URMC's approach to peer led philanthropy training. How do we
identify partners? What then becomes the role of the Advancement team? I will
also share feedback from participants and share a variety of examples in way we
have incorporated care provides as facilitators of the Philanthropy Champions
program.
