With more than 15 years of fundraising experience, Jett has had the opportunity engage with many areas key to nonprofit technology and fundraising including individual giving, peer-to-peer events, and enterprise system implementations. Jett is a frequent speaker and thought leader at nonprofit conferences.
Pahoua Yang Hoffman, Senior Vice President of Government and Community Relations, HealthPartners
Pahoua Yang Hoffman and her team at HealthPartners partner with local, state and national organizations and government agencies to improve community health and well-being and ensure access to high quality, affordable care and coverage. She leads the organization’s community engagement initiatives and advocacy efforts on behalf of HealthPartners’ patients and members.
Pahoua has more than two decades of experience in community engagement and public policy. Prior to joining HealthPartners, she was the senior vice president of community impact for the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation. She also previously held roles at the Citizens League, Twin Cities PBS and the University of St. Thomas Office of International Students.
